How Do They Fit Ball Bearings Between The Two Bearing Races?

The steel balls are larger in diameter and too big it seems to heat up the race to get it to expand.

Bearing as generally made using a skew rolling technique or by upsetting. A round rod or wire is fed into the roll gap and the rotating rolls form spherical blanks continuously.
The upsetting method involves taking a small piece of round bar and squashing it into a ball shape using two hemispherical dies. After the ball is initially made it is then ground and polished.
    Good Luck
