Can mankind’s belief in God have any bearing whatsoever on His existence?
and please dont be so credulous as to say ’science disproves Gods existence’ since science would have been engineered by God.
1Â Â Â Â Â This is also like saying that if we refuse to believe in the grass it will vanish. For me personally belief in God does not have a bearing on his existence. Science does not disprove God’s existence so much as define the rules under which things happen. Scientifically many things once attributed to God can be explained as natural occurences but this also does not negate the existence of God. Many relationships have been postulated over the centuries between various objects. Some have been proven, others disproved, and some are still unknown. With all of this those things still exist so proving or disproving, belief or non-belief, do not have a bearing on existence.
We can create beings out of our imagination and endow them with abilities and virtues. They eventualy fall by the wayside as we advance. The ability to sustain tends to suggest reality as opposed to fantasy.
2Â Â Â Â Â This is a question asked since the beginning of philosophy: Plato said that all things had a perfect counterpart in the world of ideas. If you think there is a perfect version of something then you believe in a world above our world, which we can’t see if we’re not enlightened.
If humans believe in better things, the reference in our mind is, obviously, God.
3Â Â Â Â The only thing that has any bearing whatsoever on God’s existence is God. He exists whether people believe in him or not – just as I exist whether people believe in me or not. God exists because God believes he exists and I exist because I believe I exist. Does anyone believe me? Pax – C
4 Â Â Â Â If god exists, not even man’s existence matters, is dependent, or is proof of it. If you don’t have any children, their existence does not validate or prove your own. Maybe god is a being who doesn’t even who we exist, but still governs our universe somehow on a different level or dimension. Perhaps we each, individually, and unknowingly are gods to separate universes and beings in other planes of existence. Subconsciously governing them when we dream at night. And they to others when they dream. Maybe that’s how “god” exists, but not as a single being as religion states, but a network of spirits connected in this way.

Is it bearing false witness if you call a flat bottomed ice cream cone thingy an ice cream cone?
technically it’s not a cone, and i don’t want to go against jesus
1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bearing false witness refers to lying about other people when questioned. This is very similar to committing perjury in a court.
2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â flat-bottomed cones are the work of beelzebub in any case, so I’d say you’re going straight to the 8th circle.
“And lo Satan looked upon God’s perfect cone, and was jealous; and so he invented the flat-bottomed cone and gave it to man, that he might sin and fall short of the glory of both God and icecream. amen.”

98 mitsubsishi galant noise comming from alternator when a/c is on like grinding bearing s and when a/c is off?
when driving while accelerating thier is a grinding noise coming from the alternator sounds like . tried loosening belt and no luck. even when ac is on or off it makes the noise. could it be the alternator bearings . i just replaced it a year ago.
1Â Â Â Â Â Might be the brushes or the bearing time to get another alternator or see if this one can be rebuilt.
2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â I would check the cooling fan. It may be warped or broken and not in the same position as it came, causing it to grind up against something each time it comes on and spins.Could be as simple as a missing bolt either on the fan itself or on the part it`s hitting.visually check the fan with the motor off & cold & try to wiggle it along with the the surrounding parts.turn the fan manually to see if it turns freely and isnt bound by wires or somthing else. I learned the hard way that when it comes to automotive issues…Start Simple; you could be making it way more complex than it needs to be. If you have already checked this stuff, try going to autozone.com they have alot of troubleshooting info.that is specific to different makes & models. They have improved the site quite alot and it has some pictures too. AND best of all it`s free.

What’s the difference between a friction and a bearing pile?
when do you use each?
1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bearing piles. Piles that are driven vertically and used for the direct support of vertical loads are called bearing piles. Bearing piles transfer the load through a soft soil to an underlying firm stratum. They also distribute the load through relatively soft soils that are not capable of supporting concentrated loads.
Friction piles. When a pile is driven into soil of fairly uniform consistency and the tip is not seated in a hard layer, the load-carrying capacity of the pile is developed by skin friction. The load is transferred to the adjoining soil by friction between the pile and the surrounding soil. The load is transferred downward and laterally to the soil.

How do you translate compass heading into compass bearing?
What I know is that the heading maxes out at 360°… but how do you know which is north and south by degrees? or east and west??? I have to write a program for a class that will translate this… any info would be of help thanks
1     The common convention is that 0° (or 360°) is North. Add 90° to 0° to get to East. Add 90° to East to get to South. Add 90° to South to get to West. Add 90° to get back to North. With a number like 227°, keep subtracting 90° till a number lower than 90° is obtained (227°-90=137°-90°=47°). This new number can be written in the Quadrant System as S47°W. I prefer to keep my numbers in the Azimuth System.
